Georgina Watson
Gina Watson is an experienced teacher, level 7 EAA Assessor and SEND consultant with over 30 years in UK and international settings. She specialises in SEND inclusive practice bringing her wealth of teaching and SENDCo experience to inform her educational testing.
Gina supports education centres by developing a strong and trusting relationship with the school’s SEND department helping them to keep up to date with policies and supporting them by using ethical testing, giving SENDCo’s peace of mind when adhering to the JCQ regulations.
Her work is grounded in inclusive values, evidence-led practice, and a commitment to improving outcomes for learners.
Siobhan
Siobhan is a qualified (NaSENCo) and experienced SENCo and Exam Access Arrangements Assessor. She has been teaching since 2002 and leading on Exam Access Arrangements in schools since 2014.
Siobhan qualified as a Level 7 Specialist Assessor for Exam Access Arrangements (CPT3A) in 2017. She also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Education: SEN.
Wendy
With over 40 years of experience in educational settings, Wendy provides a bridge between clinical assessment and practical classroom application. She holds a PGCert in Specific Learning Difficulties from the University of Gloucestershire and maintains APC accreditation through PATOSS.
Wendy brings an in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of JCQ regulations, ensuring that all assessments for Access Arrangements are robust, compliant, and evidence-led. Her collaborative approach helps SEND departments navigate the complexities of exam concessions with total confidence.

Alex
Alex has been teaching for over 20 years with specialisms in GCSE and A-Level English Language, English Literature and Media Studies.
He is a qualified SENCO with a broad experience of independent and state-maintained schools throughout the north and south of the UK.
His own neurodiverse children are his constant source of inspiration and make awfully useful test battery subjects.
Jo
Jo Phoenix is qualified as an exam access arrangements assessor, specialist dyslexia assessor, teacher, and founder of Learning with Dyslexia Ltd, based in North Devon. She has over 20 years of teaching experience and more than 14 years specialising in dyslexia and specific learning difficulties, she holds a Master’s level qualification in SpLD and works across independent and state schools.
She is passionate about challenging outdated perceptions of dyslexia and SEND, and supporting young people to build confidence, self-belief, and a strong sense of identity in their learning journey.
Clare
Clare Hawkins is a qualified teacher with a B.Ed.(Hons) from Durham University. She has over 30 years of teaching experience in both state and independent schools and holds a Level 7 qualification as an Exams Access Assessor.
Clare currently works with children from Reception through to Year 11 in both a teaching and pastoral capacity. She has a good understanding of the varying and complex needs of children and young people though her work as the SENCo, as the Designated Safeguarding Lead and as an Adolescent Mental Health First Aider.
Clare is passionate about treating every pupil as an individual so that their unique set of needs can be addressed. Therefore, she can ensure that each young person receives the support they need to thrive on their educational journey.
Carol
I am an experienced Specialist Dyslexia Assessor and Tutor, holding a Master’s degree in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (M.Ed SEND), a current Assessment Practising Certificate (APC), and membership of PATOSS.
I have extensive experience assessing children and young people with dyslexia and other specific learning difficulties, working closely with schools, families and education professionals to identify individual learning needs.
Alongside diagnostic assessments, I undertake Exam Access Arrangements assessments, using a range of standardised assessment tools to provide clear, evidence-based findings that support schools in determining appropriate arrangements in line with current JCQ regulations.
My approach is professional, thorough and pupil-centred, ensuring that young people feel comfortable and supported throughout the assessment process.
Kayleigh
Kayleigh is an experienced specialist teacher and assessor, and former Whole College SENDCo and Head of Learning Support, with extensive experience supporting children and young people with special educational needs across both primary and secondary education.
She holds a Master’s degree in Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD), is a qualified Level 7 Specialist Assessor and holds Associate Membership of the British Dyslexia Association (AMBDA), alongside a current Assessment Practising Certificate (APC).
